Landscape Architecture
Our Landscape Architecture team will prepare landscape design documentation for a range of projects; including single unit, multi-unit residential developments and commercial developments. We have a commitment to designing holistic, liveable spaces that build resilient and vibrant communities.
We focus on long term sustainable planting strategies that add value to the developments and enhance the living experience for future owners.
We can assist you throughout the entirety of the design process; from the preparation of early concept designs submitted with planning consent applications, to the construction detailing and supervision required to being the development to completion.
The Landscape Architecture services we provide include:
- Residential master-planning and land development design;
- Consent documentation including planting, hardscape and fencing plans, with accompanying schedules, palettes and specifications;
- Detailed design drawing packages; and
- Construction drawings and site supervision.
Urban Design
Our Urban Design team has extensive knowledge and experience, with architectural and landscape backgrounds that complement each other. We provide advice on comprehensively designed development that can meet good urban design outcomes that satisfy Council requirements for quality spaces.
We work collaboratively with clients, architects, planners and urban designers to create sustainable solutions to meet the requirements of design guides as well as meeting our client’s needs. Our Urban Design team are the preferred supplier of urban design advice for a variety of private clients and local councils.
The urban design services we provide include:
- Reviewing and assisting with the urban design of multi-unit and commercial developments;
- Reviewing developments for compliance with design guides;
- Preparing urban design statements;
- Urban Design evidence for hearings;
- Preparing urban design evidence to support plan changes;
- Preparation of private urban design guidelines for development; and
- Advising on appropriate development forms and master planning.
